STANDARD location rental
The rental of the wedding location includes:
- Internal event room
- pergola
- courtyard with a centuries-old mulberry tree registered in the register of monumental trees
- pool area
- lawn
The end time for outside music is at (to be defined based on municipal ordinances).
The event is scheduled to end by 9am the day after the scheduled date, to free up the spaces for the benefit of subsequent tenants.
What does the STANDARD rental include?
- Catering spaces: kitchen with worktops, water point, electricity and (possible presence of gas to be confirmed)
- Available equipment: tables, chairs and furniture already present on site
- Cleaning and maintenance: pre and post event cleaning and greenery maintenance
- Air conditioning: heating and air conditioning (if available)
- Possibility for suppliers to access the location early for set-ups and preparations
- Supervision: a location representative will be present to welcome suppliers and open the spaces, check the location before and after the event, ensure that the timetables are respected and close the structure at the end of the event

- Swimming pool bathing
