Parking: internal courtyard for 2 cars, in front of the building for 4 cars. 30 meters away on the public square in front of the church
Useful info: when you exit at Alessandria Sud, head towards Acqui Terme and stay on the SP30 until Cassine. Once you leave the town, turn right leaving the SP30 and climb the hills towards Sant’Andrea.Stay alert and respect the speed limits: speed cameras are installed along the route.

Equipped kitchen. The hob is induction with 4 burners and an extra induction hob with 2 large burners is at your disposal.
Washing machine. On the large internal terrace you will find everything you need to hang out your clothes.

Barbecue in the private courtyard. You can buy wood, charcoal and matches in Cassine.

Centenial Mulberry Tree
In the courtyard of the annex – accessible from the Palace via a stone staircase – you will find a centuries-old mulberry tree.
Mulberry trees had an important past for the rural economy of Monferrato until the end of the 1900s since their leaves were used to feed silkworms raised for silk production.
Its “umbrella” pruning makes the entire area below an exceptionally cool place under which to spend entire afternoons in peace and relaxation.
