A getaway with friends in the heart of the Monferrato hills, among nature, exclusive experiences and moments to remember. Exclusive use of the location spaces:
- Internal event room
- Pergola and aperitif area
- Panoramic garden in front of the monumental mulberry tree
- Pool area (bathing possible on request)
- Lawn for outdoor activities
- Palazzo Mariscotti rooms + annex (up to 24 beds)
- The outside music ends at 11.45pm

- Booking and organization of experiences by the event planner
- Location supervision (welcoming suppliers, space control, respecting schedules)
- Pre and post event cleaning

STANDARD location rental
The rental of the location for events includes:
- Internal event room
- pergola
- courtyard with a centuries-old mulberry tree registered in the register of monumental trees
- pool area
- lawn
The outside music ends at 11:45pm.
The event is scheduled to end by 9am the day after the scheduled date, to free up the spaces for the benefit of subsequent tenants.
What does the STANDARD rental include?
- Catering spaces: kitchen with worktops, water point, electricity and (possible presence of gas to be confirmed)
- Available equipment: tables, chairs and furniture already present on site
- Cleaning and maintenance: pre and post event cleaning and greenery maintenance
- Air conditioning: heating and air conditioning (if available)
- Possibility for suppliers to access the location early for set-ups and preparations
- Supervision: a location representative will be present to welcome suppliers and open the spaces, check the location before and after the event, ensure that the timetables are respected and close the structure at the end of the event
What does STANDARD rental exclude?
- Swimming pool bathing
- Overnight stay in the rooms of Palazzo Mariscotti and dépendance
- Catering and other suppliers, which must be contacted separately and whose service is quoted separately
