The dépendance
Just a flight of steps from Palazzo Mariscotti, in the heart of the hills, our dépendance offers a stay immersed in the quiet of the Piedmont countryside. Housed in a rustic building from 1918, expertly renovated, this structure preserves the charm of rural architecture, enriched with contemporary comforts.
The annex consists of a single body, what was once the sharecropping farmhouse, which houses 4 bedrooms with bathroom, a mini apartment and the internal hall used as a space for small events, the pergola with a delightful little terrace overlooking the UNESCO heritage vineyards.
In the middle of the courtyard, our centuries-old mulberry tree is a cool refuge for guests who want to spend relaxing moments overlooking the hills.
Environmental sustainability
At Palazzo Mariscotti we are attentive to the environment:
- We use solar panels to produce renewable energy.
- We adopt ecological heating systems and LED lamps for energy saving.
- We practice separate waste collection and use water-saving devices.
- Our centenial mulberry tree has been registered in the register of monumental trees.
